Terms of Service

Draft for the prototype, last updated Nov 5, 2026. To be reviewed by a lawyer before launch.

1. What TierTrail is

TierTrail is an independent reference that shows AI subscription prices as published by vendors and cross-checked with independent sources. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the companies listed.

2. Information only

Prices, limits and offers change often and can differ by country, taxes, currency and app store. Always confirm the final price on the vendor’s site before you buy. TierTrail is provided “as is”, without warranties of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a purpose.

3. No advice

Nothing on TierTrail is financial, legal or purchasing advice. You decide what to buy.

4. Our data rules

We publish prices from official vendor pages, cross-checked with dated independent sources, and we list every source. Savings figures are our calculations from list prices and are marked as such. We never convert currencies. See the methodology.

5. Errors and corrections

If you find an error, contact us. We aim to fix verified errors within 48 hours and log them in the corrections log.

6. Links and listings

Links to vendor sites are for convenience. Some links may be affiliate links; they never change the order of tools or which tools we list. Paid placements, if any, are labeled “Sponsored” and kept outside comparison tables. Vendors can ask to be listed through List your product; listing is an editorial decision and is never sold.

7. Acceptable use

Don’t scrape the site at a rate that harms it, misrepresent our data, or remove the source and date when you quote it.

8. Trademarks

Product names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify products.

9. Privacy

See the privacy policy. Form submissions are used only to reply to you.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Questions: contact us.
